What We Do
Web Design
Your site needs more than a fresh coat of paint. Clean layouts, intuitive structure, and thoughtful user paths help people move from interest to action. We design sites that feel natural to use and guide visitors toward the next step.
Web Development
Strong and clean code keeps your site stable, quick to load, and simple to manage. We build flexible systems that support updates and long-term growth without unnecessary complexity.
Platform Migration
Moving to a new website builder doesn’t need to break your SEO or your sanity. We handle full migrations so your content, structure, and rankings stay intact.
SEO and AIO Optimized Copywriting
To get found, you need clear structure, strong intent, and reliable signals of authority. We write copy that speaks to humans and to AI systems. This includes internal linking, schema, and the formatting patterns that help your content surface in AI Overviews and generative answers.
Ongoing Optimization (Growth-Driven Design)
Your site shouldn’t sit still. Growth-Driven Design keeps your website improving with real user data. Monthly updates, new content, UX tweaks, and search-focused adjustments all help your site stay ahead.
Monthly Maintenance
For teams without a dedicated web developer on staff, no problem – our Webmaster programs have you covered. Choose your level of support, and our team works as an extension of yours. Get dev support from a team you already trust.

WordPress Websites
Ideal for brands that need custom flexibility or advanced functionality. WordPress offers a large library of plugins and coding freedom. Best for teams with technical support or those who want a highly customizable build without the all-in-one platform.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
How long does a website project take?
It depends on the scope of the project. A migration from one platform to another without a design refresh, UX review, or content work can take under 6 weeks. A fuller website build can take three months or longer, depending on complexity, content needs, and feedback speed.
-
What’s the difference between WordPress and HubSpot?
WordPress is open source, which gives you limitless customization. The tradeoff is that most core features rely on plugins, and you need a developer who knows how to keep everything secure, updated, and working together. Even simple tools like forms, sliders, or page builders often come from plugins.
HubSpot CMS is closed source but built for quick setup and everyday use. Hosting, security, forms, analytics, and content tools are already baked in. Marketers can update pages, rewrite copy, and launch new content without touching code. Your data from your website will also flow automatically into your CRM, making it much easier for sales, service, and marketing teams to do their jobs.
-
Do you convert WordPress websites to HubSpot?
Yes. We handle full migrations from WordPress to HubSpot. This can include a simpler migration or a fuller website redesign with content work. Either way – we handle all the technical setup.
-
What is Growth-Driven Design?
Growth-Driven Design (GDD) is a method for building websites that treats your site like a living tool, not a one-and-done project. You launch quickly using a lean “launch pad,” then use real user data – what pages people visit, where they drop off, how they interact – to guide ongoing monthly updates. This means you avoid big upfront time and cost, get live faster, and steadily improve conversion, performance, and UX based on evidence rather than opinion.
-
Do you offer hosting and maintenance?
Hosting depends on your platform. HubSpot includes hosting as part of the CMS, so we help you manage and support that environment. If your site runs on WordPress, you’ll choose your own hosting provider.
Maintenance is available as an optional monthly package. You get a set number of development hours for updates, fixes, and ongoing improvements, but it’s not automatically included with a website project. This is different from our web support services, which cover technical issues that may arise on your site such as server outages, malware issues or password resets. Our maintenance programs are a more proactive, implementation-based service as opposed to troubleshooting technical issues.
-
Do you offer web support? What if there’s an issue with my site?
Yes. If there’s ever an issue with your BizzyWeb-built site, you can contact our support team for assistance. Our support team covers core technical issues, including:
- Server outages or server issues (for hosted websites)
- Malware issues and other cyber attacks
- Password resets, adding or removing users
- Plug-in issues
- Technical troubleshooting
Our web support services do not include implementing new content, graphic elements, or applications on your site. For anything that you might want to add on to your site after it’s live, consider investing in a Webmaster package or a Growth-Driven Design package.
-
Do you offer photography and videographer services?
Not in-house. However, we work with trusted partners who capture visuals for your site. We can coordinate these services as part of your project.
-
Are design services included? What if I don’t want design?
We offer both simple migrations using your existing design, as well as more robust website development services that include graphic design services. We’ll work with you to decide the best approach based on your short-term and long-term goals.
Many of our clients do opt for a full design service, as this ensures your site is fully optimized for both your specific buyers and for current web standards. It also helps develop a stronger online brand identity.
-
Can I write my own copy?
You can, but we strongly recommend against it. We often find DIY copy usually means the site won’t be fully optimized for SEO, AI search, user behavior, or conversion. The same goes for AI-generated content, which is often too high-level and too generic to meaningfully rank.
If you want a site that performs at its best from day one, we recommend professional copywriting. We structure content, build in intent signals, and format pages the way modern search systems and real visitors expect. Most of our clients choose to bundle copywriting services within a website design and development program.
You can learn more about how we optimize content for both traditional and AI search on our page: AI Optimization Services.
That all said: if you do have an in-house writer that you would rather use, we do not require our clients to pay for copywriting services as part of a web project.
-
What are your prices?
We do not list pricing publicly as our website packages are highly customized depending on your specific needs. BizzyWeb is competitively priced compared to midwestern agencies and generally more affordable than agencies in major metro markets. We focus on value and long-term ROI rather than being the cheapest option. Prospective clients can contact us for a tailored estimate.
