Your Buyer: Who, What, Where, When & Why

As you’ve heard us say in the past, your buyer is the most important piece of your marketing puzzle. (It sounds like there should be a teenager saying that rolling their eyes and saying “Duh…”, doesn’t it?) We talk about buyers a lot simply because of their importance. Frequently, a company will have multiple “typical” kinds of buyers that they target, and the sales team talks to. All of which are right. Targeting all of them is the dance us marketers do daily…but who are they?
Two of the key fundamentals of the Inbound Marketing Methodology are Buyer Personas and the Buyer’s Journey. This is what we will be tackling in this webinar – the 5 W’s:
- Who are your buyers?
- What are they looking for?
- Where do you find them?
- When are they most likely to buy?
- Why do they want to buy from you?
